| Something to say: | Hello there! I am Asta, a 23-year-old student from Lithuania. I'm looking for several longterm penpals. What I do: finishing my BA in Linguistics, working as a translator and in a crisis hotline. What I like: Art: currently photography, especially of nature, (no better excuse to get lost in a forest, after all); learning whatever I can about certain nerdy things (ASOIAF, Doctor Who, the Lord of the Rings, Vikings, world history, mythology/folklore etc.); learning about different cultures, mostly via workaway/helpx; languages, especially more difficult ones; discussing social issues and how to help fix them. What I'm looking for: Interesting, thought-provoking conversations via snail mail (with an occasional postcard swap or two (or ten)). And also - language learning. I study Spanish (uni) and Finnish (spare time), so I would be especially interested in Spanish and/or Finnish speaking penpals for the occasional language practice. Finnish especially at the moment, as I have few means to practice what I learn.
