My name is Alekzandyr and I'm a Botany student - it is my dream to become a plant bio-technologist and engineer some doohickey that proves to be useful for the world. I hope to one day study abroad and immerse myself in a foreign culture, since travel is prohibitively expensive, I figure a pen-pal is the next best thing! I adore fiddling around with a wide variety of musical instruments, board games when I can find people willing to play (not many in this day and age!), and can be prone to penning down a few short-stories here and there. I would love to help anyone hone their English skills if you'd be willing to help me learn your native language, of course :D I'm fascinated by all European countries (particularly the eastern states), the Mediterranean, and many far eastern countries as well - I've always loved the enigmatic culture of Japan.
