| Something to say: | I am looking for a few new potential friends, if you feel you are a kindred spirit get in touch by pm. I am an old fashioned girl at heart. I love good old fashioned snail mail letters, vintage items, dresses (i have several vintage and vintage style),watching documentaries, period dramas, old fashioned tearooms and afternoon teas. I'm also a Bookworm! My particular subjects are social history- nursing, infectious diseases, the salem witch trials, ww1 and ww2 (the ordinary people point of view on both sides). I also enjoy nature. If i have viewed your profile and not sent you a message, it doesn't necessarily mean I am not interested, i like to collect my thoughts and take the time to send a decent intro and i may not be able to do this straight away. I don't do time limits or you have to write a certain number of pages. I should mention that I do sometimes type my letters as I have problems with my hands and these flare ups make it difficult to hold a pen. I would like to stress that I do tailor all my typed letters to the individual I am writing to at the time although I do include some common bits. I feel I should mention this to avoid disappointment as I know that some people do not like typed letters |
