- User: Any person visiting Penpal International
- Member: A person who has joined Penpal International and has access to the 'members section' with his/her email address and password.
- Account: A profile entered by a member containing all his/her information.
- Rules
- Users and Members must take knowledge of Penpal International privacy statement.
- Users under the age of 13 may only visit the site under parental supervision.
- Members may only enter data in their account that is suitable for any age. This includes, but is not limited to, sexually (suggestive) messages, messages spreading hate, racisme, scamming, spamming.
- Members must have respect for each other
- Penpal International may terminate an account of a member without notice.
- Any violation of these rules will result in removable of the account of the member, banning the IP address of the user or member and reporting the violation to the ISP of the user or member.
