to use Penpal International

- Penpal International: The site and services reachable by
http://ppi.searchy.net/ made and maintained by Searchy Internet Services
V.O.F. located in The Netherlands. Penpal International equals Searchy Internet
Services V.O.F. in all conditions and policies at all time.
- Members: A person who has signed up for Penpal International and
has verified this by email.
- Account: The summation of the data entered by the member when it
signed up
- Users: People without an account accessing the site. Members are
also users

- Members and users agree: to the handling of privacy and contents stated in the Privacy policy by Penpal International
- Members agree only to enter information in account which is suited for
all ages
- Users under 13 years old must ask permission from their parent(s). Browsing
the site must also be done under supervision of adults.
- Users agree: not to use Penpal International for spamming purposes.
Doing so will result in removing the account, blacklisting the IP, reporting
to the ISP you're using and taking actions according to the CAN-SPAM
law.
